Return Policy

At Sticks and Poles, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality trekking poles, hiking sticks, and walking canes. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please find our return policy detailed below.


Return & Exchange Conditions:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team through our contact page. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange request. 

Once your return or exchange is approved, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number provided by our customer support team. All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once a return has been initiated, it must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days. If it is not received within this timeframe, it will become closed and no refund or exchange will be offered.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your tracking number for reference until your return or exchange has been processed.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions stated above. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you within 7 business days after the inspection is completed. Shipping costs for the replacement item(s) will be covered by Sticks and Poles.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions or is damaged due to customer negligence, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange request. In such cases, we will notify you by email with an explanation.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
